THE MITAVITE COOL VITALITY PACE 1760m

Track: FAST

THE MOUNTAIN (8) settled close to the pace then pressed on to find the lead and finished too well to take out a 1760m race at this track last start, a nice progression on his sixth the run prior at Riverina Paceway. Drawn to enjoy a cosy run but might need things to go his way at some stage. Must raise the bar but he has the ability to test this field. BRAEBEACH (7) continues to race well with a string of top-four finishes including a win two back. Major player. MOP (9) ran eighth last start at Shepparton over 2190m. Has ability and should be right in the finish. PADDY MACH (2) is on the radar after his last-start sixth over 1720m at Young two weeks ago. Top-three candidate.
