NINEN E GUMI (7) showed early speed from an outside draw last time to lead throughout and score by 1.75 lengths over 800m at this track. Strong performer at this stage of the prep with two wins and zero minor placings from three attempts. Should measure up again. ZEALOUS EFFORTS (3) did a great job to score by one length over this course and distance last start in a far better run. Must raise the bar but another win beckons. CANNA LILY (2) was well fancied last start over 800m at this track when fourth. Distance specialist with 12 wins and six minor placings from 26 runs and is expected to be competitive. YUBAE (4) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a strong race last time out, finishing second and beaten only 1.75 lengths over 800m at this track. Best figures measure up. Set to run well again.
