Strong pace from Red Sea and Sergeant Major matching motors with Stoli Bolli close at hand. PUBLIC ATTENTION (3) was a tough winner on debut at Caulfield, starting $16 but kicking on gamely off a wide run to score narrowly. He maps well from the low draw here and is open to plenty of improvement. RED SEA (5) comes over from New Zealand off a five month spell. He was a dominant winner at Matamata two starts back before running second at Group 1 level over 1400m. Has the figures to measure up. STOLI BOLLI (8) is a handy type who tried hard behind Daggers here last time out. That form should hold up fairly well. EPIMELES (2) is unbeaten in two starts and looks very smart but 1200m fresh, conceding weight to the field makes it hard. ANGEL CAPITAL (7) has plenty of ability. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Public Attention & Red Sea.
