RADIO BALLARAT PACE 2200m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 13)

MICTON MOUSE (8) looks close to a win following back-to-back placings. Raced parked when a 2m second at Melton last month then came from this barrier and chased well for third at Kilmore last time. Can break through. HOME AND DRY (7) hasn't perform to market expectations at his last two outings but has had little luck, working hard when racing away from the pegs last start. May be relying on luck from this draw but if it comes his way he can pose a serious challenge. FOUR LONELY NIGHTS (6) showed improvement for a fourth at his most recent appearance at Kilmore and should be close to peak fitness now. ETIZ AMODEL (4) hasn't been too far from the placegetters of late and has performed well at this venue and distance.

Solid run when beaten by 2 m finishing second after showing early speed, behind Feel The Buzz at Melton over 1720m in a NR 37 to 42 on April 25 at $16. Then a handy effort when beaten by 5 m finishing third behind Lotakevi at Kilmore over 2180m in a NR up to 39 on May 1 at $2.50. Hard to beat.
