Good early tempo with Too Darn Lizzie leading the way. ATC Sires' Produce Stakes winner MANAAL (1) returned with a gritty third behind Ameena in the G2 Silver Shadow Stakes at this track and trip on August 24. Meets these much better at the weights and ideally drawn with the good tempo expected. Group 2 winner AMEENA (2) returned from a spell with a swooping nose win over 1200m in the G2 Silver Shadow Stakes at this track and trip. Further improved and will need another J Mac special to win again. ZEITUNG (9) second of the Godolphin fillies who came from back in the pack when an unlucky fifth in the G2 Silver Shadow. Will race closer to the speed and not to be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Manaal to win.
