Solid tempo headed by Champagne Express and Brutal Force. BEHAVIOUR (1) is a well-bred gelding who resumed for the Bedggood yard, heavily supported into $1.65 at Ballarat and battling on fairly for third. The winning standard doesn't look overly high here, and he should have taken plenty of benefit from that. Can atone. EL FORTRESS (3) has been solid in two runs back from a spell in what looked like deeper maidens. Now gets to 1200m, which may spark improvement, and he maps well. CHAMPAGNE EXPRESS (7) was poor at Ararat after a good debut. Forgive her one bad run, she can bounce back. BRUTAL FORCE (2) has been pitched up in much stronger races to date and has been well off the pace. Back in something more suitable, he can figure. SOMETHINGINTHEAIR (5) is a Brazen Beau gelding with solid trial form that can run well. SUGGESTED PLAY: Behaviour to win.
