Pace looks to be genuine with Model Chan and Yuigahama Beach matching motors in advance of Volteggio and Ho O Six. YUIGAHAMA BEACH (1) showed good early dash and raced on the speed last start before fading to finish back in fourth over 1400m at this track. Will be on the speed in transit and is expected to take some running down. MODEL CHAN (10) got well back over 820m at this track last time and never threatened, eventually finishing a disappointing 12th. Look for an improved run. BUEI (2) made progress last time out, finishing third at the end of 1400m at this track. Regular rider Tatsuya Takemura is back aboard and a bold showing is expected. YOSSHA (4) showed little early speed last start then picked up the bit in the straight to finish third at this track over today's journey. Will be running on late again and can feature.
