Expecting Lord Finland to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. LORD FINLAND (6) runs along and went close here this grade/trip two weeks ago. Loy stays aboard and the gelding will arrive in peak fitness. Keeps improving and will take pegging back. DECIMUS (2) has been racing over this distance in stronger company and he gets his chance at this level. Maps well and McDougall is a key jockey booking. FLYING FLOSSY (8) won here first-up and has threatened both starts since. Comes back a level and the step-up to the mile will suit. Settles back so the inside barrier needs managing. ONYA LIONAL (10) was outgraded here last time but had been going well prior. He's placed twice over a mile and may be the best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Lord Finland.
