She raced from a handy position and stayed on well at the finish. She drops back in class and with Luyolo Mxothwa in the saddle can return to winning form. COURAGEOUS (2) was in need of her stable debut over 1400m last time. She would have come on from the run and will strip much fitter. She takes a drop in class and with Richard Fourie in the saddle and jumping from the inside draw rates well as a leading chance. BEAU KALA (1) resumes from a spell and having placed previously when produced fresh-up has solid each-way claims. STATE SECRET (3) has place claims following a last start fourth over 1400m at this track. Include in combinations.
