Reasonable tempo with Lyra Green probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. TRES BEL OR (5) was in contention on the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1750m at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Ideally placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. T M FONTE (4) settled well back and never threatened here just six days ago. Can bounce back. KITASAN DRIVER (6) has put together a couple of wins at this course, the latest on August 11 over 1300m when he got home by a nose. Winning rider Isao Yamaguchi retains the mount. Meets some better types this time but he has the ability to test this field. KITO WIN (7) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when second over 1400m at this track when he was handy all the way. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task.
