VERDARIO (1) returns from a spell of four months and did win first-up last time in work over 1500m at this track. Sure to go well. HATSUWAKA (3) returns from a layoff of nine months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1500m at Kawasaki. Rates highly and should take some beating. ANOTHER MOON (11) displayed plenty of early toe over 1500m at this track when resuming last time and dug deep to score by half a length. Should be prominent in the run despite the wide draw. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. COUREUR LAUSANNE (7) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when she was prominent at the bend before being beaten 13 lengths into ninth over 1500m at this track. Fitter so anticipating a better run this time.
