KOWAMOTE HAMMER (1) went forward last time and battled on gamely to finish just a nose from the winner in second over 1400m at this track when first-up from a spell. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot salute. BLESSING ISLE (5) resumes in a similar race to his last run 11 weeks ago when fourth, beaten 2 lengths. Sure to make his presence felt. LA LA ANCESTRAL (7) settled well back and didn't fire over 1400m at this track last time out when in the market. That followed a good third the run prior. Has his share of ability and is worth another chance in this suitable race. MEISHO SETSUGETSU (6) made progress last time out finishing in third over 1400m at this track. Right in the mix.
