My Best Shot has enough early speed to find the lead at a decent clip. MY BEST SHOT (1) has won his last two starts with ease. He was slowly into stride last time but quickened up well and drew clear over the latter stages. He has won four times and finished third once from as many starts over this course and distance. He is the class horse in this line-up and should notch up his seventh-career victory. GOLDEN LINK (2) finished third at this track over 1400m last start. Freshened up since that run and has solid each-way claims. SAKURAJIMA (3) resumes from a spell and having placed fresh-up previously is a must include in exotic bets. PLAY ACT (5) finished second last start at Fairview All Weather over 1600m last start when well fancied. Resumes from a spell and having won fresh-up previously has to be considered. GLOBAL STATE (7) has finished second in both of his runs this prep. He jumps from a handy draw and having won third-up previously can take this race out.
