Nice debut placing first-up, then worked hard early from the wide gate with a fading eighth over 1250m at Newcastle. Sits handy in the run with the key jockey change. Strong chance in this line-up. LOFTY MACSPORRAN (4) wasn't disgraced in town at start two with a fast finishing fourth over 1200m at Doomben. Blinkers go on and has the right figures to take this out. THE MESSIAH (10) finds a winnable race from the good gate. Outclassed in town when seventh over 1400m at Eagle Farm. Claim helps and stays in the mix. FOXY ARTIST (3) closed off okay first up and is open to good improvement stepping up to 1400m. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sasqua can overcome the awkward draw.
