Strong run last time and is expected to go well again. STAR WIN (8) finished sixth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten 3 lengths. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. NAMURA HAKA (10) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when third at this track over 1400m, beaten 0.6 lengths. Hard to beat. SQUID RUN (4) turned in a better run last start, beaten 1.5 lengths into fourth over 1400m at this track. Well placed to turn things around.
