ALMA RISE (13) is a progressive mare on the up who has never missed the quinella from five starts to date, no match for subsequent G3 winner two back at Sandown Hillside before a narrow win at Moe last time. Tipping she measures up well. MOTORACE (4) has won his past two in South Australia, successful at short odds in BM78 grade at Murray Bridge last time. He maps well. FLAMIN' ROMANS (1) continues to race very well, winning three of his past five. No reason he can't win again here. DUBLIN JOURNAL (2) was a tough winner of the Horsham Cup last time out and this isn't much stronger. He draws nicely for Zahra. AUTUMN STORM (16) is progressive and must be respected. SUGGESTED PLAY: Alma Rise to win.
