No obvious leader in a race that lacks much early pressure on paper. POSTMAN'S GAP (4) led here over this trip and was nabbed late. Hits this race and peaks with a tongue tie on for the first time. He can go one better. METCALFE (2) is in a top metro yard and he can improve on the solid first-up run. Maps well today and the blinkers are first-time applied. Sure to have come on the longer journey should suit. Keep very safe. DARK RED (7) went close here over a mile at long odds. Maps well and is in the mix. KING'S WARRIOR (1) has trialled well and the betting will be key. SUGGESTED PLAY: With Postman's Gap.
