The race pace looks okay in the main for this Mile event to close out the card today. SOUTHERN COMFORT (9) showed encouraging signs on debut right here. He is a win chance for sure in this field drawn the ace. INTERPLANETARY (8) definite chance if run here for sure. Trial winner prior to resuming. Good run here on debut too. REGAL WINGS (2) was at long odds for her debut and finished fifth, beaten 2.5 lengths, over 1200m at Ellerslie. Improver for sure. The rise to a Mile looks ideal as well for him. BALLISTIC MISS (14) showed good improvement at her last start. Best draw to date as well in this. Each-way all day in. RED INVADER (1) gets a senior rider atop. Trifecta and first four chance. Won a trial at Avondale over 1200m on October 15. SUGGESTED PLAY: Interplanetary and Ballistic Miss are win wagers.
