Hot early pace from Preflop All In, Kikuno Le Meilleur and Daijobanai going hammer-and-tongs, with a few others keeping them honest. PREFLOP ALL IN (8) lines up for the first time since August 4. Started the last campaign in good style when in the placings over 800m at Kochi. Rates highly and should take some beating. FUKU PYGMALION (4) made it five wins in a row last start when he scored by 1.5 lengths over 1500m at Nagoya. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is up to the task. GIGAS (6) resumes after a break of four months. Won on debut to launch the last campaign over 1000m at Funabashi. Has found a suitable race to kick off the campaign. FASCINATE PI (1) wasn't disgraced when third last time out over 1700m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths, after a win here at the previous outing. Nicely placed to play a leading role.
