Expecting Bel Soteira to set a genuine tempo after crossing from wide out. DANON PRESAGE (9) knuckled down strongly to get within half a length of the winner in second last start over 1400m at Chukyo when fresh from a break. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Sure to be in the finish. BEL SOTEIRA (13) showed ability at her only start back on December 14 when second over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Tricky draw to overcome but should feature in the finish. MEJIRO PIOLA (15) turned in a better run last time to finish second over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt after being prominent at the corner. Looks well placed so expect another big run. BUENOS OPTIMA (12) has not raced since she finished 12th over 1700m at Kokura Dirt on January 25. Worth plenty of thought.
