Good pace from American Matador, Chili Bomb and Master Incolor. AMERICAN MATADOR (1) was a beaten odds-on favourite in his last start over this course and distance. He moved up like a winner that day but was outrun late. He is coming along the right way and he may be the one to beat in this line-up. CHILI BOMB (2) should have finished closer to the winner last time as he hung over the final 200m. He will like the rise to 1400m and is well worth considering. MASTER INCOLOR (3) was his own worst enemy over 1600m last time as he over raced in the early stages. The drop to 1400m may suit him better. Muzi Yeni steps into the saddle and he can finish in the first three once again. ANCHOR MAN (6) resumed from a spell during which time he was gelded. Fresh-up is worth an each-way chance.
