Tricky one to map with a large contingent of unraced runners but over this trip there is certain to be plenty of early pressure. HEAVING (2) has raced twice and finished second twice, beaten by a smart type at Moe over 1217m last time out. Expecting that form to hold up well and from the good draw he looks the one to beat. SACRIFY (4) is a Justify gelding on debut who trialled well enough in Sydney to be a strong factor. DONEGAL BAY (1) is a Star Witness gelding on debut for the Begg yard who should be respected. RAIL TRAIL (3) is an Alabama Express colt on debut for the Freedman yard who ticks a few boxes. Watch the beting. SUGGESTED PLAY: Heaving to win.
