Plenty of first starters engaged which makes it tricky to map, but we can assume a genuine tempo. GATWICK (6) resumes having run a good race on debut in October at Hawkesbury, in the market on that occasion and battling on well for third in what looks a stronger race. Off the break here, drawn well for the in-form Neindorf and should take catching. BRASS IN POCKET (5) ran on well on debut at Pakenham, settling right back but finding the line well for third. Imagine she gets a fair way back again here but she can improve and take holding out. BEAU STRADA (3) put in a better effort behind a smart winner at Yarra Valley last start. She'll be rock hard fit and right in the mix. BLETCHINGLY'S GIRL (4) is a filly by Fierce Impact on debut for the Hayes yard who should be respected from a good draw. SUGGESTED PLAY: Gatwick to win.
