Solid tempo with King Waldo leading from Tugela Falls and Vetiver. MERCHANT DELIGHT (5) put in a solid effort on debut to finish third when racing out of his grade. He drops back into maiden company and will strip fitter second up. On top. TUGELA FALLS (2) is an ex-Victorian who transferred to the local Paul Shiers stable after finishing runner-up when resuming at Yarra Valley just over 7 weeks ago. He won't be long in breaking through for his first win. MANSURA (4) finished second on a heavy track when resuming from a spell at Yarra Valley at the end of spring and is making his local debut. He has the ability and is another who won't be a maiden for much longer. BRISKET (7) is an ex-NSW mare having her first start from the powerful local Gary Clarke stable. Jarrod Todd picks up the ride which is a strong lead and the pair merit healthy respect. KING WALDO (1) is fresh up and the market will be your best guide. SUGGESTED PLAY: Merchant Delight to win.
