Looks to be plenty of pace with Centralla and Mai Fire battling for the lead. BULLS EYE PERFECT (1) settled last in the run but finished off well at Albany last start to just miss by 0.7L. He's had a few turns now, but the Weinert/Galati combo is in form and this gelding looks to be knocking on the door. Can get the job done this time if he can hold his form. GORILLASINTHEMIST (3) finished well back at Bunbury just 5 days ago over the 1675m journey and should be better suited stepping up in trip. He has enough speed to offset the wide draw and he will find this a little easier than recent assignments. Can land the knockout blow. LIGHTNING MCQUEEN (9) is a lightly raced mare who looks as though she's looking for more ground, which she gets today. Webster's 4kg claim means she gets in lightly at the weights and the blinkers have been replaced by winkers. Can feature in this easier race. CENTRALLA (2) can sit on the speed and give a bold sight.
