Emsies Girl to take charge ahead of Boom Bunny at a good tempo. SENSEI GIRL (3) is unlucky to still be a maiden placing in all three outings this time in work and strikes a very winnable contest here. Jokic sticks in the irons following the last couple of efforts and should be right there when the whips are cracking. Former NSW galloper OVERLAND (2) wasn't too far away here when having the first run for the new stable and will have come on with that run now under the belt. Shapes as a leading hope. BOOM BUNNY (4) has placed four of seven over this track and trip and will be rock-hard fit for this. In the mix. FOXY CHEVAL (9) strips fitter second-up from the break and maps nicely for this from gate three. One for the exotics players. VAN DER WOODSEN (11) next best in a race with only a handful of chances. BLUE STRATUM (7) has placed two from two over this track and trip and will be cherry-ripe now fourth run back from the break. Can make his presence felt. RUSSIAN MINT (5) has only missed a drum once in six spins over this course and distance and rarely puts in a poor one. Has to be included in calculations. VALENKI (3) went down by a narrow margin here at the latest outing and may earn some minor money again. MIDAS STAR (8) goes well for hoop Teh who has three wins and a placing from just four steers. The well-related FREE CARRY (4) (half to Listed winner and G3 placed Sheiswhatsheis) went down by a narrow margin here when having his first run for the new stable and will be better for that hit-out. Only needs some luck navgating from the wide draw to be playing a major role in the finish.
