NUM TIME COMMENT
1 03:45 Race 1 1400m
REMIGINO TESORO (7) was in control from the outset to score as favourite on debut over 1400m at this track three weeks ago. Will come on following that run and looks tough to hold out again. T M DOREMI RUN (4) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1400m at this track. Should settle handy in the run and may prove too good for these. TAGANO MIMOSA (10) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 5 lengths over 1300m at this track. Jumps from a wide draw but she should be in the finish again. PARAMO LAND (11) improved last start but found one better over 1400m here. No surprise to see him in contention.
2 04:20 Race 2 1400m
NISHINO IKKI SASU (3) was an impressive maiden winner last time out, scoring by 3 lengths over 1400m at this track. Drawn well close to the inside and he can go on with it. NIRAI KANAI ARROW (10) is a five-start maiden who filled a minor placing at this track at the last run before spelling. Jumps from a wide alley but a bold showing is expected. DRIFT WOOD (5) is a last-start winner three weeks ago, scoring by one length over 1400m at this track. Everything points to a big run. NISHINO KIYOHA (9) was comfortably accounted for when third last time out over 1400m here after a win at this track at the previous outing. Expect a better run this time.
3 04:55 Race 3 1300m
BRIKSDAL (1) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when second over 1400m at this track when he was prominent throughout. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent form. MILA ROUGE (8) did well last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten only 0.8 lengths. The engagement of Jyoji Komatsu is a positive move. Has her share of talent and finds a suitable race. COSMO HARDING (6) was sent out at $31.10 last time but ran above expectations and won over 1400m at this track. Among the main hopes. DAIMEI OTOHIME (7) improved last start but found one better over 1400m at this track, beaten just a neck. Capable of featuring prominently.
4 05:25 Race 4 1300m
DANTSU TALON (11) was well supported when resuming last time out over 1300m at this track and proved too strong, scoring by 1.5 lengths. Will be better for that latest run and looks sure to be in the finish again. MAJOR TESORO (9) was last at the races when he finished fourth over 1750m at this track on October 20. Comes here with definite claims. GRAF (5) has switched yards since scoring by 1.5 lengths at Kanazawa over 1400m on June 15. Definite top-three claims. TAGANO AMICAL (12) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Finds another suitable race and can figure in the finish.
5 05:55 Race 5 1400m
GUSHICHANNO HOSHI (1) resumes in a similar race to his last run five months ago when second. Has never missed the frame at this course, including three wins and two placings. One of the genuine hopes in the race. KAUILA (6) finished second two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by one length over 1300m at this track. Going up a level this time but she is up to the challenge. WINNING THE SOUL (11) went forward and gave a great sight before finishing second last time out over 1300m at this track. Meeting a deeper field this time but she has the ability to mix it with them. DANON COOK (2) disappointed last start when out of the placings over 1400m at this track. Cannot be ruled out.
6 06:30 Race 6 1400m
PEISHA AGAIN (9) was an impressive winner last time over 1300m at this track, scoring by 3 lengths and making it four straight wins. Looks well placed again here. CUPID'S ARROW (10) turned in a modest performance when third last time out over 1300m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths after being prominent at the bend. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. BON WEEKEND (1) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1300m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths. Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. CURL MAJI (4) ran below expectations last start, finishing fifth and beaten 6 lengths at this track over 1300m. Has started three times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Finds a nice race and can atone.
7 07:05 Race 7 1400m
VESTLANDET (6) made it two wins on the bounce last time out when he got home by a neck over 1400m at this track. Can go on with it. HECTOPASCAL (5) got the prize two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when second over 1300m at this track, beaten 4 lengths after being in contention on the corner. Meets some better types this time but another win is not out of the question. KAGA CAPPUCCINO (4) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten 10 lengths. Meeting a deeper field this time but he is up to the challenge. HANANO UTA (10) finished third at this track two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1400m at this track, finishing 6 lengths back in sixth. Best figures measure up nicely. Solid top-three prospects.
8 07:35 Race 8 900m
LOVE KAHIRU (6) was unplaced on turf over 1600m at Kyoto two back then again couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out, finishing 15th over 1200m at Kyoto. Better placed back on the dirt. MIND MY WORDS (1) proved too strong two runs ago at this track. Not as effective last time out when sixth over 1750m at this track, beaten 13 lengths. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. MARINO SCHREIEN (8) stuck on well last start to finish third over 1400m at this track after showing good early speed. Goes up a rung or two but she is good enough to make a big impact. MISS RICHARD (4) returns from a spell of four-and-a-half months and it is noteworthy that she has scored at her past two first-up appearances, last prep over 1300m at this track. Makes plenty of appeal.
9 08:10 Race 9 1750m
S C ALBER (8) was successful last start over 1750m at this track, getting home by a neck to make it three wins in a row. Has the ability to take this out. BORNEO (7) showed little early speed last start and failed to come on in the straight when ninth, beaten 11 lengths, over 1600m at Kochi. Finds a nice race and can take this out. LONDONDERRY AIR (2) showed good speed and fought on for second over 1750m at this track last time. Record at this track is strong. Should be involved in the finish. KASHINO CAMPIONE (1) finished sixth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1750m at this track, beaten only 0.6 lengths. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake.
10 08:40 Race 10 1400m
I AM RUNRUN (6) has been safely held at her last couple of runs, the latest when 11th over 1800m at Tokyo. Will find this easier and she can bounce back. MEINER GENIUS (1) last appeared five weeks ago over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt when he finished 15th. This is his first run for the Tadayoshi Ikeda stable. Has found the right race and can take this out. ATHENA PARTHENOS (11) never really threatened when resuming last time out, finishing midfield and beaten 10 lengths over 1200m at Niigata Dirt. Should do far better this time. KITANO VULCAN (9) is back after a break of ten weeks. At the last run before the layoff he finished 13th over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. Has ability and must be included in calculations.
