The trio Omoisomeru, Katsuno Okan and Ace Striker will set a strong tempo. KACHINUKI MARIKO (11) has switched yards since finishing fourth seven-and-a-half weeks ago over 1200m at Sapporo. Will prove tough to beat for the new barn. OMOISOMERU (6) really dug deep to get the prize by 5 lengths three runs back at this track before filling a minor placing at her last two starts. Sound record at this distance with three wins and five minor placings from 10 runs and should be hard to stop. BOLERO OF SORROW (1) progressed nicely last time out at the second run of the campaign and finished just 1.3 lengths from the winner in third over 1400m at this track after being prominent at the corner. Has her share of talent. Holds serious appeal in this suitable race. KAAMOS (8) last appeared two months ago over 1500m at Sapporo when she finished ninth. This is her first run for the Hiromi Yamazaki stable.
