Small field but Bear Bakkyun, Milan Milan and Haseno Brian can ensure a genuine tempo. BEAR BAKKYUN (6) continued a hot streak of form, winning over 1500m at this track last start to make it three straight. Far too good last time out and will take beating again. KENSHI RAINBOW (1) built on a nice second two starts back at Funabashi with success as favourite over 1500m at Funabashi six-and-a-half weeks ago. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves plenty of thought. HASENO BRIAN (3) filled a minor placing when fresh from a spell two starts ago. Could not back that up last time when finishing fifth over 1600m at Funabashi. Well placed and is among the leading players. MILAN MILAN (5) used the low draw last time and bounced straight to the lead, turning in front before fading to finish fourth over 1700m at Monbetsu. Among the chances.
