Not seeing a great deal of early speed on the map. HAYABUSA APO CHAN (5) fought on for third last start over 1200m at this track, making it three minor placings in a row. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. MEISHO MAGOICHI (2) was safely held on the JRA circuit two back then appreciated the easier company last time when third over 1000m at this track. Well placed and among the leading players. SPRING LETTER (1) finished fifth two runs back at this track then improved last time out to score by 4 lengths after being in contention on the turn over 1200m at this track. Likely to be there at the finish again. BALL'S PYRAMID (7) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when second over 1700m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Well placed and can make amends.
