Good early pace from Bon Shadow, The Lupercal and Little Miss Gutsaa going forward to hold out some other speedy customers. MARGIE'S BOY (9) ran quite well first-up at Sale over 1000m in a stronger race, beaten under a length by some handy sprinters. Fitter for that and should appreciate the rise to 1200m now. HOLY TYCOON (14) is racing well having just found one better at her past two starts, the latest at this track and trip when beaten a head. Maps for a soft run just behind the speed and can break through. STAR HONOUR (12) was good first up at Bendigo when running on strongly from back in the field. Drawn to get a long way back again but rates highly. BIRDIES GALORE (15) would be a good chance at her best. REGAL MIGHT (11) is lightly raced and this is much easier than the first up run at Caulfield. Watch for sharp improvement. SUGGESTED PLAY: Margie's Boy on top.
