Going well and looks the one to beat. CHEERFUL BABY (7) is in top form, most recently recording a win by a neck over 1200m at this track to make it two on the bounce. Building a strong association with Pinheiro who has been in the saddle for those two wins. Bold showing expected. MAY (8) finished tenth when resuming two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1200m at this track, beaten only 1.1 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. BIG MAX (9) could only manage to finish fourth, beaten 3 lengths, after being prominent at the bend at his latest appearance over 1400m at this track. Appeals as a top-four contender.
