Closed the last campaign with a sixth over 1600m at Nakayama. Well placed and happy to have him on top. EDEL MUT (8) was well held in stiffer company two back then appreciated the easier grade last time out over 1200m at this track, leading throughout to score by 1.5 lengths. In winning form and expected to run well again. POD BUDDY (4) finished in fourth last time out over 1200m at this track two weeks ago. Tackles a longer journey this time. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset. Will be in this for a long way. AKAI TSUME (7) finished sixth over 1400m at Mizusawa at her most recent appearance on June 24. Comes here with definite top-three claims.
