Pace a scorcher, headed by Abalone, Marukei Fine and Tomono Hero, closely followed by Aura Beast and Lusso Queen. BENEFICIOUS (6) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention when 11th over 1600m on the Turf course here two weeks ago. Has the talent to produce a better result as he comes back onto the Dirt. AURA BEAST (1) debuted four weeks ago when he finished fourth over 1000m at this track. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time. MARUKEI FINE (2) turned in a much better run at her second appearance last time out when 1.3 lengths from the winner in third over 1400m at this track. Can improve further and should be in the finish. RYUNO CARROT (5) has started twice, running a good third on debut then finishing seventh last time over 1400m at this track. Backmarker who keeps coming. Has plenty to offer.
