Cashmere Inn has good gate speed and should be able to cross and take the lead. OCTAVIAN TREASURE (8) has fitness on her side third-up and senior rider on for this. Strong through the line when second over 900m at Newcastle on June 15. This looks easier and will just need a bit of luck from the gate. REMBROY (4) returned from a five-month break with a plugging fifth over 1000m here on June 21. Fitter now and has a good record on his home track. No excuses from the draw. POWER BEAU (3) resuming for the Warren Brown yard after doing all his racing in Victoria. Back for second prep and returns without a trial. Finds a fairly weak maiden and market moves must be closely monitored. LULA RONICA (7) resumes for local yard after failing to fire in her first prep.
