Reasonable tempo with a few going forward, headed by Surrey Hills. LAST SUPPER (3) finished 9 lengths away in tenth last start over 1400m in the SGG2 Singapore 3YO Classic on turf. Last appeared in a Class 4 three runs back when a good second at the first run back from a spell. Can bounce back. PACIFIC ANGEL (4) started at $4.40 last time but could only manage sixth, beaten 4.5 lengths, at this track over 1000m. Draws a far better gate this time and can atone for that last run. GROOVY (1) won narrowly by a neck two runs back then missed the frame last time at this track. About the mark of late and looks one of the likely contenders. V'INVINCIBLE (5) was last at the races when he finished eighth over 1200m on turf on February 24. Has a strong first-up record, scoring on two occasions from three starts. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
