MALAIA GARNET (8) was in the money two starts back but couldn't back that up when unplaced over 1700m at this track last time. Certainly worth another chance. A SHIN ZETA (1) strode forward early from her wide draw over 1500m at this track last time, leading for much of the way before being claimed in the straight to finish second, beaten a neck. Well-placed and will take running down. ROSA CHIARO (5) drifted back over 1500m here last time before winding up late to finish fourth. Can figure in the finish. KURODABUSHI (10) last start finished fourth at this track over 1700m. Can run a better race here.
