Expecting Surfers Royale to take up the running with Living Free and La Amigo close at hand. Competitive. EZEKEIL (4) is much better than the formline suggests. He was beaten less than 3L at Doomben last time and tumbles in weight this grade. Maps for a soft run and, notably, has the first-time blinkers applied. DIVINE OKAY (7) led at the Sunshine Coast, recording his best figure. Followed that with a narrow defeat here. Carries just 52kgs with the claim and will run along out of the inside barrier. LIVING FREE (3) resumes and is building a tidy record. Flies fresh and gets in light. Draws awkwardly but always puts in. SURFERS ROYALE (8) races forward and is racing well enough to take this out. Won here and then lifted his figures again at Doomben. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Ezekeil.
