Solid tempo with Austro leading from Dualist and Tintoretto. AUSTRO (11) is unbeaten this campaign after three appearances, the latest win coming over 1500m at Nagoya. Easy winner last time and looks the testing material again. MAZAO (4) was a winner over 1400m at this track last time out, dropping out early before coming home with a powerful run to score by one length. Distance specialist with five wins and 13 minor placings from 22 runs and is right in this. EXULT (7) saluted at this track two runs ago. Decent effort last time out when third over 1200m at this track, beaten 1.75 lengths. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the key runners. RGYAL DAR (1) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last start over 1600m at Kawasaki, beaten 4 lengths. Has started five times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Taking on a better field but he is good enough to make a big impact.
