Solid tempo expected primarily from American Russ and Crying Cougar. Five major chances before the race falls away. MISS HIMALAYA (10) is going better than form suggests and looks ideally placed to find winning form. Very honest despite sparse winning record and the last two has drawn off the track. Much better gate here and looks a value chance. ROCKETTE ROULETTE (11) is in a similar boat going better than the recent form looks. Placed at Pakenham two back in a richer race then not far away last time here over a sharper trip. Can do much better. WALLABY JACK (1) is loving racing here with wins this circuit last two. Hard to fault recent attitude but does shoot up in there weights even after the claimer going on and also has a poor gate to navigate. Races forward so the first 100m will probably determine his fate. AMERICAN RUSS (4) is building to a win and looks ready to peak. Has a low draw and should enjoy a soft run behind the lead. DENSETSU (2) is a last start winner here drawn to go forward and will give a sight. SUGGESTED PLAY: Miss Himalaya could be value.
