WITCH HAZEL (7) is resuming from a spell of six months and having his first run for the Lucinda Woodruff yard. Placed 3/3 so far all at this journey. Can go on with the job this prep. FRACTAL (4) looked good at his only appearance seven months ago over 1200m at this track, finishing third and beaten 4 lengths. Will be better for that race experience and is among the leading chances. MADRA RUA (8) resumes in a similar race to his only run last prep back on February 22 when fourth, beaten 2.75 lengths. Worth plenty of thought. MONTESSORI (2) is back from a break of nine weeks. Raced below par at his only appearance last prep when ninth over 1400m at this track. Looks one of the genuine hopes in the race.
