Strong early tempo with Slippery Thinker and These Boots leading the way. Majority struggling for form or coming off a poor run. ZIGGY STARCRAFT (2) doesn't win out of turn but won't get a better chance to find winning best. Was not far away prior to last start was caught three deep throughout and faded late. With a better run here is well up to this line-up. SUGAR AND SWEET (1) wasn't far away two back then bombed the start last time and was safely held. Course and distance placed and can improve sharply. FINAL QUARTER (10) was fourth two back then kept coming over 2000m last time. Back in trip but has the ability and will be finishing on hard. MASTER POLANSKI (8) was good fresh when fourth and although yet to win this trip can only one fitter and rates a leading player. TIMBOLTON (12) is suited by the softer track and certainly worth another chance. SUGGESTED PLAY: Ziggy Starcraft gets chance.
