Cosmo Firenze has good gate speed and likely to set a genuine tempo with the advantage of the inside draw. VIP WOLF (9) kept coming but just failed to pick up the winner when fresh from a spell last start over 2200m at Nakayama. Will strip a lot fitter this time around. Nicely placed to play a major role. COSMO FIRENZE (1) finished fourth when first-up from a spell last start over 2000m at Hanshin after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will take some beating. FUSEN (5) is a three-start maiden who could only manage to finish fourth at his latest appearance over 1800m at Hanshin. Cannot be ruled out in this suitable assignment. ELNATH (2) is a five-start maiden who resumed from a spell last start and was beaten 7 lengths when fifth over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Should progress from that last outing and poses a genuine threat.
