ESPERANZA (1) looked handy saluting at Doomben on debut before back-to-back runner-up finishes here and at the Gold Coast. Revved up for this with a dominant trial victory and is expected to prove tough to hold out. OLIVONI (8) has been heavily supported in both career outings to date and where there's smoke there's fire. Has some upside and can measure up against this line-up. AFFARI (10) brings NSW formlines to the table and must be respected out of the champion Waller yard. Top-three credentials.
