Not expecting them to go too hard. POWER PIVOT (3) was slow off and covered ground, beaten 1.5L at Bairnsdale on debut. He has been well prepared for that and will also appreciate the extra metres. Maps for a better run today and with improvement on the cards, he's an attractive commodity. STAR OF STIRLING (5) debuted in what looks a good race at Bendigo at big odds and raced accordingly. Form out of the debut effort has already been franked. He has an inside barrier today and is likely to make sharp improvement over this distance. WET 'N' DRY (8) tries hard and may go better back to the turf, following a string of outings on synthetic. CHRISLYN (9) has been plain his past couple but gets the extra ground now and the Heavy deck may suit. Can improve. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Power Pivot.
