Genuine tempo expected from Feargal leading Mangione. FEARGAL (4) has been placed in four of his past five starts. Doesn't win all that often but is consistent and gets his chance to get back into winning form here. FORTUNATE GAL (11) wasn't far off them at Warracknabeal last time. Slightly shorter trip here is a plus. Look for improvement. FANTASTIC BABY (2) last couple of efforts have been sound and is worth including in the hopes for multiple takers. MANGIONE (3) raced on the speed over 1860m at Avoca last start and stuck on gamely, going down by just a head in second. Looks one of the major chances. SUGGESTED PLAY: Back Feargal to win.
