Finished fourth at Monbetsu over 1200m when first-up last time in work. Key runner while fresh. WHITE ONYX (2) missed the frame on debut then improved last time when finishing third over 1200m at this track. Should camp just off the leaders. Close to a win and should go well. GRAND FIRST (10) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1200m at this track when third. Drawn out but another bold showing is expected. LIVRE WONDER (7) finished in ninth at his last appearance over 1200m at this track on April 14 after he gave away a big start. Suited in this line up and is among the better hopes.
