Regular rider Tadanari Konno back aboard again. Rates a leading contender. JUN TOP GOAL (7) finished fifth over this distance and track latest when jumping from an outside draw. Should be parked just off the speed and best form puts him right in this. THURSTON NIKE (11) turned in a solid run fresh over this course and distance finding the frame and beaten only 1.5 lengths. Jockey Naoya Hashimoto knows her well having been aboard her last nine rides. Looks one of the likely contenders. SEIUN GRAPPA (10) was fourth last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. In the mix on best form.
