Expecting Meiner Epicure to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sprint trip. PUSH AGAIN (5) faded late last time over 1400m at this track, showing good early speed and racing on pace for much of the way before tiring to finish fourth. Fair record at this trip with a win and a placing and should prove tough to beat. MEINER EPICURE (9) was prominent throughout and gave a big sight to finish in the placings over 1400m at this track just seven days ago. Same jockey I Kurakane aboard and expected to go close again. STAR KUNINAGA (7) finished a 6 length third over 1400m at this track last time out after a gutsy win the start prior. Usual rider Takuya Okamura engaged again. Has winning claims along with JUBILANT (2) who was fourth last start over 1400m at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Likely to be about the money.
