A solid tempo on the cards with Coastal Groove leading the way. ALEISHKA (11) looked set for a good prep with a narrow second-up defeat over the mile the struck a heavy track at Muswellbrook at just battled. Less depth and firmer track and in her favour. Good chance. FINAL IMPACT (5) had plenty of chances in NZ before arriving and has been placed in both starts this time in. Tried hard on the synthetic last time and probably better off on grass. Threat. ROYAL ARMADA (7) has been mixing form with a win three starts back and was a big drifter when a close up third at 1700m last start. Has a show. BLAZED PRINCE (1) could surprise and EJECT (4) could get into a placing. SUGGESTED PLAY: Aleishka each-way way. Save on Final Impact.
